Mio® Semi-Professional Flutes offer the same high quality craftsmanship and performance clarity as our professional models. Superb projection and intonation as well as a perfectly adjusted response will delight advancing and professional flutists alike. Paired with the titanium Royal Crown®, the Mio® semi-professional flute produces depth of sound, remarkable color, crisp attack, and increased range of volume.

Royal Crown®

We experimented with many different crown materials and found titanium to be the most resonant, and that it elevated the flute's overall sound to another level. The weight, shape, and placement of the inlaid semi-precious stone are also carefully balanced to enhance the instrument's feel, sound, and response. The Royal Crown® is Inlaid with a Picasso Jasper Semi-Precious Stone.

All tubes and headjoints made in the United States as well as the crowns for the Professional and Semi-Professional Flutes. Assembled in China. Finished in Salt Lake City, Utah at the Cannonball headquarters.
